Terms of use
Conditions for using this website and what to expect before beginning therapy services.
Effective date: August 2026 · Practice: Apapacho Counseling · Diana Calderon-Sandoval, LMHCA
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Information only
Content on this website is for general information about my therapy practice. It is not medical or mental health advice, and it does not replace professional care. Visiting this site does not create a therapist–client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after we have agreed in writing to begin services.
Scheduling & communication
Booking links, phone ((206) 414-9147), and email (diana@apapachocounseling.com) are for scheduling consultations and inquiries. I aim to respond within two business days. This website, phone line, and email are not monitored 24/7 and are not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Client services
Once you become a client, services are governed by a separate informed consent and practice policies provided before your first session, including fees, cancellation, confidentiality, and telehealth guidelines.
Intellectual property
Text, images, and design on this site belong to Apapacho Counseling unless otherwise noted. Please do not copy or reproduce content without written permission.
Third-party links
This site may link to external services (for example, a scheduling portal). I am not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apapacho Counseling is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
Changes
I may update these terms as my practice or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
