Who I work with

Individual & couples therapy

Individual

One-on-one therapy

Individual therapy is a space that's entirely yours—a place to slow down, make sense of what's been weighing on you, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to better understand your experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.

Couples

Therapy together

Couples therapy offers a space to step out of familiar patterns, understand one another more deeply, and strengthen the connection you're hoping to build. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, improving communication, or preparing for the future together, we'll work collaboratively so both partners feel heard, respected, and supported—and create meaningful, lasting change.

My therapeutic approach

Rooted in evidence, guided by you

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model. My approach draws from several evidence-based frameworks — always shaped by what you need, your history, and how you move through the world.

You are the expert on your own life — always. My role is to create a space of unconditional positive regard, where you can access your own wisdom and capacity for growth. I follow your lead, not a predetermined agenda.
Every session is grounded in safety, transparency, and an understanding of how trauma lives in the body and shapes our responses to the world. I don't push. We move at the pace your nervous system can hold.
Healing happens in relationship. RCT explores how culture, power, and relational patterns shape our sense of self and mental health — and how reconnection to community and identity can be deeply healing.
I use CBT thoughtfully and culturally adaptively — exploring how our thoughts and behaviors connect, without imposing Western frameworks on experiences that call for a more contextual lens.
Problems are not who you are — they are stories that have been told about you, or that you've absorbed. Narrative therapy helps you author a new story, separate your identity from the problem, and reclaim your life.
Cultivating present-moment awareness — noticing thoughts and sensations without judgment. Mindfulness practices can reduce anxiety, build emotional regulation, and help you stay grounded when life becomes overwhelming.
Many of us carry conflicting inner voices — an inner critic, an anxious protector, a tender younger self. Parts work is a gentle, compassionate way to listen to these parts, understand what they're trying to do for you, and ease the burdens they carry.
When we use IFS, we work with a structured, evidence-based form of parts work developed by Richard Schwartz. IFS trusts that beneath every part lives a calm, compassionate core Self. Together we help that Self lead — building trust with your parts rather than fighting or pathologizing them — so healing can unfold from within.
EFT helps couples identify and reshape the emotional patterns driving disconnection and conflict—so partners can rebuild trust, safety, and secure attachment.
The Gottman Method offers practical tools for communication, conflict management, and repair—grounded in decades of research on what helps relationships thrive.
